Publication & invoice

 

1. Authors will be informed by email once their manuscripts have reached our Editorial office.
 
2. After a reviewing process (between 3 and 6 months) we will send by email a note of acceptance or non-acceptance for publication of the manuscript. If the manuscript is accepted we will send you by email the invoice to be paid immediately. This is to speed up the printing and mailing processes.
 
We will postpone the publication of your manuscript if the payment is done late or if the requests are not answered at time, even if the payment is done.
 
3. We charge the publication fees by the number of pages (excluding tax, postage costs or handling, see below). Invoices will be sent by email (Pdf files), but if needed, we can send it by post. Make very sure that your postal or email addresses are correct.
 
4. Before the journal goes to print, only those who have paid the publication fees will receive by email (Pdf file) the galley proof for a quick and final check. We, therefore, request you to send us all your emails.
 
Please make sure that your postal address is complete and correct so that you will receive a hard copy of the journal. We can not re-send the same journal copy again because of the high printing and postage costs.
 
5. Please shorten your manuscript because if the length of your contribution is more than five pages, an additional charge of €25 / €15 (developed / developing countries) per page (excluding the postage cost) will be added.
 
6. Author who's library or department has subscribed the journal (or bought some books from WFL publisher) will benefit of a discount when publishing in the scientific journal.
 
7. Requested reprints will be mailed immediately after proof checking and before the hard copy of the journal. (NEW)

2- We offer special discount to authors whose library and/or department are subscriber to the scientific international journal JFAE. We appreciate if you kindly recommend our journal and books to your library or department.

- The scientific International journal JFAE promotes the rapid publication of research or review papers. During last years the total time take for peer-reviewing, copyediting, and publishing has drastically reduced. For quick evaluation, authors can submit their manuscripts through email. Our objective is to inform authors of the decision on their manuscript the earliest time.

 

Following manuscript's acceptance, the publication fees should be paid as soon as possible and the paper will normally be published in the next available issue.

  • The copyright and the payment must be received by our office before the manuscript goes for print, thus, please make sure that the requested documents are timely received in order to avoid delay in publication of your article.
  • For payment by cheques or drafts, kindly add € 40 to cover bank charges and handling, when paying. Thus make a foreign payment (All/Full charges to be paid by the customer) or to pay through Western Union or to pay by credit card such as Visa or Master Card.
  • If you face difficulties in sending the requested payment, we kindly invite you to contact us.
  • For those who will subscribe the scientific journal JFAE there will be available a benefit (see below)

Requested reprints will be sent immediately by economic mail before the journal print. The hard copy of the journal will be mailed afterward. Should you have any question, please contact our Editorial office.

Special note to author

 

 

The editorial staff is willing to assist some scientists or students from some developing countries. The cost of publication may be reduced or waived, if your library or department has already subscribed the Int. JFAE journal.

 

 

(1) Kindly send us by air mail as soon as possible a copy of the payment and the sign copyright form, you may download it from the website: http://www.isfae.org/pdf/copyright.pdf .

 

(2) A galley proof of your article ( as pdf file only ) will be sent by email before the final print. Please, make sure of sending us all your emails and the correct and complete postal address . The hard copy of the journal will be sent only once, kindly send us the correct and complete mailing address. (3) We might contact you incase we need further information concerning your contribution (we also may ask additional information). We reserve the right to place your theme under the appropriate subject area in the journal. ( Commentary or Food & Health or Agriculture or Environment or News & Information ).

 

(4) Incase we do not receive an answer at our request, we will postpone the publication of your paper eventhough if it has been accepted for publication or the payment done. Therefore, Your quick answer will be very much appreciated to avoid any delay in the publication process. Incase, we receive late the publication payment, we might print your revised paper without sending you any galley proof (you hold your own reponssility) and we will rely on reviewer's corrections, only.

 

(5) Incase we have to postpone the publication of your paper (after editing, correcting, improving and accepted for publication) for some reasons and if the payment does not reach the office at time, we will increase the publication cost (if the same pending paper will have to be published in the next journal issues)! to cover our local costs.
 
(6) When sending a cheque or making credit card payment kindly add 40 euro (handling and bank charges). Please, pay the full and fixed sum in euro (bank charges to be paid by customer, we will not accept less payment than requested, the paper will be postpond until full payment in euro will be done).
